After high jump, I went to hurdles a bit. A girl from college who did hurdles in high school was there. She taught us some stuff that kinda really helped. Now all I need to work on is switching my lead leg. Our first meet is Monday and I'm super excited :).
I think that they might put me in the 100 or 200 sprint, but I'm not positive, its depends who they need for what. But when we were practicing sprints we did 100 200 then a 400. I won the 200 and 400 by a couple of steps, and they told me that on the straight away I needed to push as much as I could and I'd win. On the 100 my friend beat me by one step. Not to brag or anything ;)
